#### Revision Booklet for Edexcel GCSE Maths Paper 2 - Foundation 2016

Doing some investigative work this half term... from looking at what topics came up in Paper 1 (Non calculator) I have written a list of topics which I believe are likely to come up in Paper 2 (Calculator) this year. Please note that this list does not cover every possibility but should be a good base for revision. I have provided a page of revision for each topic. Pupils can either work through the whole booklet or pick out the topics they are unsure of. The booklet is mainly geared towards D/C pupils but sections of it will be good for all pupils taking the foundation tier. -Data Scatter graphs Stem and leaf diagrams Bar Charts Frequency Diagrams and Polygons Mean, median, mode and Range -Number Value for money Ratio and proportion (including recipes) BIDMAS Using a calculator Rounding Powers and roots Primes (including factor trees) Percentages on a calculator -Algebra Rearranging equations Plotting quadratics Function Machines Sequences Inequalities Substitution Trial and improvement -Shapes Construction and loci Parallel and perpendicular lines Circles Area and perimeter of shapes Isometric drawing Symmetry Angle rules Tessellations Pythagoras
