GENERAL EXTENSION CARDS Here are a set of 8 extension cards for students to tackle when they have completed any classwork. They have been designed to extend students learning and it asks them to take the context of the lesson and apply it with the use of literacy and numeracy focused extension tasks. There is a a big emphasis on literacy and numeracy in these extension cards. On one side is the link to an activity and on the reverse is the explanation of the activity for the student. I have stuck them around my board in my classroom and students are encouraged to pick one at random and apply the use of that task to the context of the lesson.
