Complete with pre-formated conditional formatting, a self explanatory grid set up and a blank sheet all created. I am a sad human being who loves to create QLA's but I am aware that others think that they are the devil. I have created this to try take away from the bulk of the work and make it an under a half hour job to create. If anyone notices any bugs please let me know so I can fix.
