Do you have a few spare minutes for review? You can play the Ice Cream Themed PowerPoint and have the students call out the words. As the word flashes on the screen, they say the word. They love it. I set the slide settings for two seconds. They love seeing how fast they can read the words. Another idea: If you want to keep the students busy for 15-20 minutes of quiet time in your room. You can get that amount of time to do other things while your students are engaged using this PowerPoint! Prepare by copying the worksheet. Then have students pull out a crayon or highlighter.
