This resource recalls learning for components of fitness & body types. Pupils design their own pro using the computer and by printing for handwritten work. Lesson application: Top trumps class battle (winner moves, loser moves down). A supporting paragraph as to why they have made their pro stronger in some areas than others. (e.g. the sport and position the pro plays)
