I have five years’ experience of leading a Key Stage 1 Team of teachers and their pupils in a six-form entry school. I have always wanted to be a teacher and I have remained inspired and motivated to remain up to date with new teaching methods, for example Maths Mastery and how to develop children´s depth in understanding. I believe it is becoming increasingly important that we, as teachers, are role models striving to create global citizens who are enthusiastic, honest, compassionate and responsible.
