This resource is aimed at KS3 and lower end of KS4, but can be used with KS4 or indeed KS5 PSHE or Citizenship. Covers RSE in fully inclusive approach. Includes PPT of 11 slides which covers the law, facts on different families and student activities including recall, green pen, starter and AfL as they go. Explores: different families adoption surrogacy IVF parenting Should take around 60 minutes to deliver, but could extend to 90 minutes or a double lesson given longer time for paired and class discussions.

PPT containing 21 slides ready to go for a teacher to cover FGM / FGC / female circumcision assuming no prior knowledge. Includes: FGM is based on myths debunking main myths & misconceptions around FGM/FGC prominence and communities most affected UK law on FGM/FGC, including taking someone abroad to perform the procedure activity where students sort statements into facts vs. myths support available for survivors and to help prevent FGM/FGC Should take at least 50 minutes so comfortably fits 60 or 75 minute lesson.
