Template created to engage pupils. I printed in A3 and laminated it. I would often choose 3 things that I wanted a pupil to demonstrate (this would often be simple things ie. raise hand for a question or do not talk when the teacher is talking). The reward would often be an entirely positive postcard or phone call home and worked wonders even with a challenging year 10 class!
