Black Watch by Gregory Burke - I have put together two power point presentations that contain various tasks that will enable A Level students doing the OCR A Level in Drama and Theatre - to revise and gain a deeper understanding of Black Watch as a play and its contexts, themes, motifs and symbols. Students completing these tasks will have to have access to copies of the play but not necessarily to have seen it. Tasks include; researching into the context and history of Black Watch and its involvement in the 2003/2004 Iraq conflict, cast rehearsal diaries, character profile tasks, costume and set design tasks.
