Welcome to this jam packed 25 page action and adventure outdoor game. Get youngsters outdoors with this computer game inspired activity challenge. You will find information and challenges to print off. There is a map template which you can adapt to suit your environment, you could place the challenges in small containers around your area for the children to follow the map, take part and earn hearts to defeat the monster villains! This game will promote Holistic development, for example; Great physical exercise (fine and gross motor skills, fitness, balance...) Collaboration, working together or solving problems individually. Bang Pow Telling the time game and day of the week with super heroes. This is a fun and active game ideal for hands on, kinaesthetic, learning through action learners. Could be used an end of term activity/ game. Can be differentiated depending on ability and could be played individually or as a group working together. Mixed ability groups could be ideal to learn from their peers. Suitable for early years, key stage one curriculum, for private tutors and home education/ schooling. Aim of the game, all you need is a dice To fill the clock up with superheroes. The superheroes are numbered 1 to 6 Roll a dice, count to see which number you roll, if it is a 3 for example then find superhero number 3 and pick him/ her up. Then pick up a card, read and match your superhero to the clock. E.G. If the card says ‘five past’ put your super hero by five past. Once all six numbers have been rolled, repeat. Work together to fill up the clock. Use the same method for the days of the week.
