Developing Letter Formation & Handwriting Printable Pack

A fun and engaging way to help your little learner develop their letter formation and handwriting skills. This resource has been carefully designed, using coloured bands and animals, to help children learn the heights of each letter from the start. This ensures that they develop the skill they need as they move to writing on lined paper, knowing how tall to make each letter relative to the size of the lines. This resource will also help your child begin to decrease the size of their letters to be able to write in books and work sheets in the classroom. The repetition of letters promotes muscle memory which is an essential skills for little learners to develop. I recommend laminating the resource to save printing more than once. With the use of a dry-wipe pen this resource will then be able to be used again and again. Included on the final page of the sheets is a QR code linking you to more information about helping your child develop their letter formation on www.hellohappylearner.com.
