Religious studies Islam lesson on Muslim place of worship. In this lesson we look at the features of a mosque and their importance. Refers back to objectives throughout the lesson, lots of beautiful pictures, challenge questions. There is also opportunity for assessment for learning with times questions and peer marking at the end. Suitable for KS3.
This resource has a 2.4 and 5 mark question which pupils attempt on their own and then make corrections using the possible answers from the mark scheme. You may give pupils time to answer the questions and the self/peer mark. Easily adaptable.
