This resource is an interactive PowerPoint which can be used to explore different coastal protection methods.
When used on a tablet students can work independently to work their way along the UK coastline discovering hard and soft engineering methods.
To be used with ‘A3 Coastal Protection Methods Grid’.
A KS3 lesson (aimed at Year 8) exploring how sexuality was understood and expressed in the early modern period. This lesson focuses on five key figures from European royalty and nobility: King James I of England, Queen Anne of England, Queen Christina of Sweden, Arabella Hunt and Baron Hervey.
Ideal lesson for diversifying your curriculum or as a standalone lesson to celebrate LGBT History Month or Pride Month.
