The descriptions could be used as openers in a story based around evacuees who were sent to live in a rural location. This is a tried and tested classroom resource. It describes the death defying World Trade Center tightrope walk performed by Frenchman Philippe Petit in 1974 (as recently portrayed in the 2015 film - The Walk).
