I am in my fourteenth year of teaching and have taught all phases. I have worked in schools in the most socially deprived areas of Yorkshire with over 70% EAL and pupil premium and schools with much lower levels of PP and EAL and am now the SENCO for my school. I adapt my teaching every day and my resources! (So keep checking for updates!) I am currently developing leadership resources for whole school to support across the curriculum.
