Welcome to Yo! Tact Pack™. I’m passionate about creating practical, evidence-informed visual resources that help EYFS, preschool and primary-aged children feel more confident, regulated and independent. Whether supporting routines, communication or emotional regulation, my aim is to provide resources that are simple, engaging and effective for home and school. My work is shaped by professional experience and ongoing study. I hold an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Wellbeing, a BA (Hons) in Design Studies, a Foundation Degree in Birth and Beyond, Teaching Assistant Level 3, Elklan Level 3, and Cosmic Kids Yoga training. I am currently completing a Postgraduate qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
