A unit of planning (5 sessions) for KS1 children to develop their balance, agility and jumping skills. The planning encompasses a range of core skills.
Also includes assessment windscreens to help teachers/ PE Leads track attainment and progress of cohorts.
LO: To be able to jump from 2 feet to 2 feet forwards, backwards and side to side.
To be able to jump from 2 feet to 2 feet with a quarter turn in both directions and half turn in both directions.
To be able to tuck jump, including with ¼ and ½ turn.
To understand how to improve own ability and technique.
To always strive for a personal best.
