A report writing assistant that allows you to automatically create report comments selected by a click from a series of user modifiable comments. Comments are organised into sections (opening, behavioural, progress, strengths, weaknesses, closing and 3 user defined categories with 18 comments in each section). Comments automatically update to insert the name and to match gender specific pronouns (he/she, his/her etc). Once written the comments can be copied and pasted into your own report packages and a file containing all the reports for your class set can be created. Suitable for all teachers at all key stages through suitable modification of the comments in the comment banks. This is Version 2 which scrolls even faster between comment categories This is an Excel file which uses macros to run, read the help sheet in the file to enable macros. A tracker for monitoring student progress in the new AQA A Level Biology required practical tasks for the CPAC skills. The tracker will monitor attendance for each student. Monitor the attainment of CPAC skills for the students in each RP activity. Produce a print out showing the individual performance of each student showing the CPAC skills they have acquired from each RP activity. The tracker can be modified to match the RP activities for Chemistry and Physics by changing the RP titles and use of apparatus criteria on the Titles sheet.

This spreadsheet is a full teacher’s planner book enabling you to replace your paper based record book. It enables you to create a colour coded timetable (and will automatically generate a blank timetable with the appropriate number of period per day), a week by week lesson outline planning sheet, a register for each class that records attendance, performance and behavioural information upon each pupil, homework and test scores. The registers will rank the pupils according to assessment criteria, absences and upon test scores. The class analysis page will give detailed information upon the number of lates/tardiness, discipline issues, forgotten books, no homework, incomplete pieces of work and work graded excellent, good, satisfactory and poor. Schemes of work can be created and reports written upon individual students. Print outs of each class can be used at parent consultation evenings and as a record for SLT. Cover lesson instructions can also be created. I have used this spreadsheet in an ongoing developing form for the last 17 years and haven’t used a paper based planner in that time. The spreadsheet does require the use of macros and so they need to be enabled in excel, see the help page in the spreadsheet on how to do this.
