Quickly create weekly science equipment requisitions which can be automatically printed or emailed to your technician with the click of a single button. The spreadsheet uses macros to automate functions and so will only run with the Windows version of excel. Automatically creates a timetable with the number of lessons per day to suit your needs with the click of a single button. A blank master timetable is created which you populate with your groups and room numbers where groups or locations can be colour coded. The spreadsheet copies the blank timetable to create new weekly timetables which are date stamped with a single click of a button. Scrolling to the right of these weekly timetables allows previous weeks requests to be seen and if necessary requests can be copied and pasted into the current/upcoming week. This enables a record of experiments to be kept and speeds up creating future requests. Once the current week’s request information has been entered it can be easily printed out to automatically fill a complete A4 landscape page again with the click of a single button. The current/upcoming week’s request sheet can be emailed to your technician with a single click of a button. The email includes an attached spreadsheet titled with your name and the week date that contains your current week’s requests. Macros must be enabled for the spreadsheet to run.

Each team is assigned a colour. The power point will automatically randomly assign values from 2p to £1500,000 to each box. The 5th slide shows team scores and has a button to jump to the next question. After each question the answer will be displayed with a jump to the Deal or No Deal boxes. The team that got the question can choose a box, clicking on it will display its value, clicking again allows it to be assigned the team colour. click to the next slide will show the team scores which are automatically updated. The jump to the next question box will also automatically change to show the next question and jump to it. If no team is able to give the correct answer to the question then once the answer is shown click on the jump to the Deal or No Deal slide and choose a box and click on it so it goes dark blue and it will then not be counted for any of the 4 teams. When all 22 questions have been answered the show will stop on the score slide, go back to the red boxes slide and click on the reset box to reset all the boxes back to 1-22 and reassigns them with a random value, scores on the score slide will also be reset back to zero and the jump to question box resets back to question 1. The Christmas quiz has 22 questions. You can modify the questions and answers by clicking on and editing their text box contents, but remember DO NOT delete any slides or reorder them, doing so will stop the automation from working. The slide show uses macros; small pieces of code which enables the automation. You MUST enable macros when opening the slide show for the first time, if they are not enabled then the automation will not work. An interactive Hangman game preloaded with 70 Science Equipment words in a word bank. The blanks for the word are automatically shown on the game slide. Clicking on a letter called out by your pupils will either reveal the letters and turn the keyboard letter green or it will add a hangman piece and turn the keyboard letter red. If the word is discovered, then a you win message is shown. If the pupils lose a you’re hanged message is shown. A fully interactive Boggle game, suitable for Key Stage 2 and 3, which is a fun way for pupils to develop their vocabulary and spelling skills. The game has a database of over 300, nine letter words, which are automatically selected randomly by the game. The word’s letters are displayed in a random order in a 3 x 3 grid with the first letter of the 9-letter word displayed as a capital. Pupils have 3 minutes to come up with as many words as possible using the letters, they do not have to use all the letters in their words. A bonus can be given if they find the 9-letter word. Click on the Select new word button to automatically create a new 3x3 grid of letters from a new 9-letter word. Click on the Go button to start the 3-minute timer. A horn will sound at the end of the 3 minutes. To display the 9-letter word click on the reveal the 9-letter word box. The game requires macros to be enabled within Power-point to allow the automated features to work. This is the Free Evaluation version of the Electronic Teacher Planner/Mark book spreadsheet. It enables you to create a colour coded timetable (and will automatically generate a blank timetable with the appropriate number of period per day), a week by week lesson outline planning sheet, a register for each class that records attendance, performance and behavioural information upon each pupil, homework and test scores. The registers will rank the pupils according to assessment criteria, absences and upon test scores. The class analysis page will give detailed information upon the number of lates/tardiness, discipline issues, forgotten books, no homework, incomplete pieces of work and work graded excellent, good, satisfactory and poor.
