GCSE BIOLOGY MINDMAPS Mind maps created specifically for the CCEA GCSE Single Award Biology specification - encouraging pupils to think about different aspects and fill in the answers. I have found this an extremely useful resource for pupils. It is encouraging active revision. Created by myself using the specification.

This resource includes pupil versions of Year 8 Science topics. 1 - Introduction to Science 2 - Materials 3 - States of Matter 4 - Healthy Body - Energy in Food & Heart and breathing 5 - Earth and Space These are not extensive as I would refer to Footprints Science and other such resources too but have removed these for copyright reasons.

CCEA GCSE Double Award Biology Unit 1 Quick Questions & Answers

Just rough questions on each topic, picking up on little things pupils may forget. Can be used in class with pupils as revision activity and then used at home by pupils by asking someone to go through the questions with them. I have found these very effective in reminding pupils of key facts.
