I am a retired Deputy Head Teacher but still work as a Senior Leader of Education for curriculum design. I am an Appropriate Body member and oversee the training and development of ECTs. I worked as a KS2 English moderator for 6 years and have led two schools to achieve an outstanding Ofsted outcome, particularly linked to curriculum design and improving assessment.
