As an Honours Psychology graduate with over a decade of experience in the field—including five years devoted specifically to supporting children and young people—I am passionate about promoting emotional wellbeing and inclusion through holistic, evidence-based strategies. My journey began in South Africa, where I was immersed in a culturally rich environment that shaped my appreciation for diversity and inclusion. This multicultural awareness was deepened by my family’s subsequent moves to the UK and Oman, broadening my worldview and fostering a lifelong curiosity and respect for different traditions and communities. These early life experiences laid the foundation for the values I now integrate into my professional practice—empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to equity.
