This is a PowerPoint Presentation and worksheet that can be used for KS3 and KS4 or Junior and Leaving Cert classes. It can be used in both a denominational and non-denominational classroom context. It can be used as part of a module on cults or New Religious Movements (NRMS). The PPT contains a basic introduction to Scientology, as well as basic beliefs. The presentation includes a link to a short YouTube video from a news broadcast outlining some of the beliefs of Scientology. The Presentation also includes some discussion and writing tasks for the students to do.
