Introduction to Python - the basics, includes 4 PowerPoints with a scheme of work. All lessons and SOW are editable for you to adjust for your classes. Lesson 1 - Identify features of Python Idle as well as basic Math and use the print statement. Lesson 2 - Identify some errors in Python code and introduction to variables. I have developed a project called Alpine Quality Vehicles Project - This project enables students to develop a wide range of skills by researching, developing a poster, presentation, excel spreadsheet tasks including SUM, MIN, MAX, Average, IF function, Lookup Function, Absolute as well as general ICT questions. I have used this as a mock exam in preparation an ICT exam. This took my my students 2 lessons to complete but you really do get an idea of what ICT skills they have. I hope you find this useful.
