Printable game board (jpg file) to teach the days of the week.
Students roll a die and move the appropriate number of spaces. If they translate the French day correctly, they stay on the spot. If they get it wrong, they move back to where they started. The first person to arrive at the weekend wins!
Note: I use Sorry or Monopoly game pieces with my students.
Variations:
*Have the students move back one space (or x spaces) from where they landed if wrong or forward one space if right.
*Take an extra turn if you land on the current day and answer correctly.

Spanish & French Numbers (1-30) Memory Matching Game
This pdf file is designed to be printed on Avery 5371 business card paper, but can be printed on any card stock and cut out. Print two copies to create an easy memory matching game and laminate for added durability.
As the students turn over a card, they should say each number in the target language (French vocabulary is at the top, Spanish at the bottom, and the numeral is in the center). The student that makes the most pairs wins.
Variation, the cards can also be used to play "Go Fish," allowing more opportunities for the students to practice saying the numbers and recognizing how the visual numerals match to the words they hear.
Months and Seasons Memory Match Game (French & Spanish)
This memory match game is designed to be printed on Avery Business Card 5371 Paper or plain cardstock and includes one PDF file.
Each card contains both the French and Spanish vocabulary. The object of the game is to match the month to its proper season. As the students turn over the cards they should name the month and season that they picked. If the two match up, they keep the card. The player with the most pairs wins.
The title cards at the end of the document, can be glued to the backs of the month/season cards to make them sturdier (laminating is also recommended).
