I have a selection of full lessons and display resources that I have built for my own lessons. They are all structured in a consistent way and are all automated so that they are easy to use. Some of the resources are free and others are paid for, anything that links together can be bought as a bundle.

My lessons are based on 80 minutes but could be altered to suit the length of your classes. It has a settling starter, learning objectives slide, a main starter, examples of the activity with notes to be copied into books, differentiated questions, an extra practice activity and a plenary These are the activities I have chosen for this lesson: Starter – What is the question? Settling starter – Match up equivalent fractions Extra practice activity – Guess the city Plenary – Exit ticket (available to print) All my lessons are set up in a similar way to allow consistency when teaching. They are also all graded based on the new 1 – 9 grading system. This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but you could alter it to fit your classes. The settling starter for this lesson is simplifying fractions as they will need to be able to remember that during the lesson. This is followed by the learning objective slide and a starter that recaps adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator from last lesson. There are then example slides that include what to do if you are multiplying by a whole number and notes for students to copy into their books. This is followed by some differentiated questions. The extra practice activity is 10 quick questions, these slides are automated to move on after 30 seconds but you can change the time if you don't think your class will need as long. The plenary is an exit ticket, there is a word document for this so you can just print those off

This lesson includes a settler to get students started as soon as they enter the room. A starter checking understanding of factors and multiple. It then moves onto Highest Common Factor HCF and Lowest Common Multiple LCM, including a clear example and steps to success that they can put into their books. There are examples with differentiated questions and answers. There is then a card sort activity for anyone who needs more practice. Ending with exam style challenge questions in the plenary. All the slides are animated so that you can just click and it will go through everything, answers appear one at a time so you can get answers from specific students. It is planned with an hour and 20 min lesson in mind but you can remove parts of the activities if you need it shorter.

This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but could be easily altered to suit your lessons. There is a countdown style settling starter followed by the learning objectives slide. This is followed by the lessons starter which is a multiplication square. There are example slides that go through how to use BIDMAS followed by the notes to put into books and a set of differentiated questions. The extra practice is a match up activity with blank cards that enable students to think about how to make questions. The plenary is an exit ticket that can be printed to use.

This is a lesson based on 80 mins but could be easily changed to suit your lessons. It starts with a settling starter of a multiplication grid followed by the learning objectives. The starter is the 10 quick division questions. The lesson then has some multiple and factor examples which can be done on mini whiteboards. This is followed by the differentiated questions, the extension looks at some prime numbers. This then goes through what prime numbers are and how to find them, they identify them with a partner using the 100 square. This is followed by notes about prime numbers. The plenary is an exit ticket that there is a word document available for.

This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but could be easily altered to create a shorter lesson. It begins with a countdown style settling starter followed by the learning objectives slide. There is then a starter of 10 simple multiplication questions. The main part of the lesson has 3 fully automated example questions which draw and fill in the grid a bit at a time. It includes decimals and how to decide where to out the decimal point. There is then a slide with notes and an example for pupils to copy into their books followed by differentiated questions. The extra practice is a tarzia activity of mixed ability questions. Finally the plenary is worded questions.

This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but could easily be altered for a shorter lesson. There is a countdown style starter activity followed by the learning objectives slide. The starter for the lesson is basic division questions followed by the main lesson. The main lesson consists of worked examples that move through to decimals and are all animated on the slides. There are then a selection of differentiated questions and answers. The answers come up one at a time so the students can give the answers throughout. There is then an extra practice card sort activity. The plenary is a selection of worded questions.

There is then a learning objective slide followed by a match up rounding activity. It then goes through how to find upper and lower bounds with the notes to be copied into books and some differentiated questions. The extra practice activity is a bingo and the plenary is an exit ticket. There is a word document to print out the exit tickets.
