I have put together resources to help students plan their revision timetable. The PP outlines the steps that the students need to take in order to complete their revision timetable and the Excel is an example of a revision timetable. Perfect time to get them planning in prep for their Mock exams.

This resource was produced to provide students with a framework in which to organise their revision. It allows time to revise content for year 12 and content for year 13. It is structured on a monthly basis leading up to the exams in the summer term.

This is just a small resource designed to give the Year 10 GCSE Business studies something to focus on over the summer holidays. You can of course adapt the idea to suit whichever topic area. The questions are graded. This allows progression.

I use this technique with my A Level Business studies students to remember their exam technique. Point, Impact, Cause, Consequence, However... It really helps with their Analysis

I have created an assessment calendar for academic year for the new spec OCR Business A Level content. The content is based on co-teaching and shared between. The content exists for the Year 12 teaching and the year 13 teaching and maps out both on the same spreadsheet. The assessment calendar maps out units of work, key dates, assessments, homework and marking. It can ob course be adapted to suit your school and key assessment dates but the bones is there. This took me a while hence the price. But please let me know what you think and if you think it is useful for you. Helps to keep track if there is more than one teacher for the course.

This presentation and worksheet are for addiction to technology and gets students to explore how much they use technology. Important for assessing their understanding of themselves too. Is a one lesson activity.

This is something that I have put together to help with Socratic Questioning. They are table mats but could be adapted as a wall display to encourage the use of Socratic questioning. The questions I have adapted and added to the grid. Can use well with A Level but can be used with GCSE too.

I created this passport to record and track any intervention for my key stage 4 students. They also discuss, agree and sign the passport and targets set. I find this works well with my year 10 more than my year 11 but we'll see next year when I have my current year 10's as 11. I set an intervention piece of week each week on top of their normal homework. It is usually an extra exam question. This is then marked with feedback and attached to the intervention passport as evidence. Good way to keep track and differentiate.

We have started to put together some new resources for the new spec of GCSE 1-9 ready for September. These are two confidence grids just using the content from the spec given by the exam board. Can be used for revision of content as you go through the course or as a checklist.

I have completed a prep worksheet for part of the case study unit on the toy shops in Bowton. This is prep for cash flow and the focus on Tom's Toys. The sheet is A3 and double sided - focusing on extracting from the case study and then prep for an essay question (made up by myself) to allow students to understand how to extract info from the case study and use the context in their essay.

I have developed this structure for students to help them answer longer answer questions in exams. This also provides support with how to apply context and what to look for in a case study. I then laminate each one to give to the students. I allow them to use this framework when starting out writing exam answers and then over time they will have it embedded.

Put this together for a year 12 class to revise the theories of Motivation and Leadership and how to apply to exam questions.

I put together this lesson for an observation with an A Level group. It is on Service Marketing. The lesson is differentiated into 3 groups. 1 being low ability and 3 being high ability. I spent a double lesson on this as the essay was the focus really and they needed time to write that. I didn't teach them anything about Service Marketing beforehand and in the end it worked well.

This activity I have done to allow Y11 students to understand the case study more independently before I start the content side of things.

I did create a calendar for last year and I have now just changed the dates, moved some things around and added in some data capture questions using the OCR textbook.
