I used this with a very low ability Year 8 group who have difficulty accessing the core curriculum and they enjoyed it - it is designed to be a series of 2-4 lessons on the French Revolution and can be used with storyboarding and facebook page templates to add additional tasks. A lesson that I have created for Year 8, levelled to level 3 and 4, to use reflexive verbs and daily routine activities, as well as revising times of the day to achieve a writing up to Level 4a, in the first and third person, with a sentence builder, writing support sheet, reading comprehension, peer dictation activity and speaking starters and plenaries.
