I'm a KS2 teacher with over 17 years experience. I spend a long time making resources for my lessons and my colleagues said I should share some of them on here and try and make a few quid on the side. I'm a single parent to a delightful little boy so anything you kindly choose to buy goes to supporting us. If all you're after is one of my free resources then that's fine too - I hope in some small part I have managed to help save you some time!

Editing Stations

(4)
Slides to support lower KS2 children in editing and improving their writing. To begin the class ‘stops’ at each editing station together and we model how to carry out each activity. As they become more secure and independent, the children can move from one station to the next in groups as a carousel. Easily adapted to different ages.

Spelling Dictionary

(0)
A 16 page spelling dictionary suitable for y2/y3 pupils or older children who struggle with spelling. This dictionary contains the first 300 high frequency words as well as the y1 and y2 common exception words. Also included are one or two other commonly misspelt words and some spelling tips/mnemonics. Ideal for printing as an A5 booklet for children to keep in their trays to use as their first port of call before looking in larger dictionaries - less words to look through to find what they really need = better use of learning time. They could then also write in their own words as required.
