I have these printed A3 size and laminated and the students can refer to them when speaking in spontaneous debates in class. They have been very positive about them and far from slowing the pace, it enables them to keep talking!

This is a paired speaking activity which I give to pupils once we have covered er verbs and negative sentences from Expo 1. All you need is some post it notes and there is a speaking frame which may be taken away from more able pupils.

Simple speaking activity where pupils choose their own infinitive phrases (their task planning sheets only allow infinitives) and are asked to conjugate them correctly depending on the time expressions. Requires dice.
