These Printable Gratitude Journal sheets with blank and days of the week on as well as prompts are a great way to add a little positivity to the start or the end of your day, did you know that gratitude has been shown to reduce stress and improve wellbeing? Noticing the pleasant moments in the day can really help lift our mood. At the end of each day I sit down and think back on what I liked about my day, those little moments which made me smile or actions which made me feel loved. Moments which can easily pass me by or be taken for granted. By taking this moment to think about what I am grateful for I end the day in a good mood it reminds me that no matter how bad might be, there is always something about the day that made me smile or that I was grateful for. This is a really lovely practice to start doing at the end of each day, especially if you find yourself comparing yourself to others and rushing around getting everything done , it can be easy to feel like life is passing us by and we are not noticing those little moments.
