Natural Selection and Adaptation Activity for KS2 Evolution

(0)
A hands-on activity to demonstrate how Evolution occurs by Natural Selection. Also shows how the process of Adaptation happens. Ideal for KS2 Evolution. Over time, Adaptive Features within the population of bugs are seen to change in response to the environment. This provides a very clear visual illustration of evolution happening in real time. This is a group activity. It can be re-run to produce different outcomes and, hence, prompt further discussion. Included: sheets of bugs to print off, powerpoint or printed instructions, teacher notes. Needs: dice. Keywords: KS2 Evolution. KS2 Adaptation. Natural Selection.
