The Pastoral & Inclusion Toolkit creates practical, easy-to-use resources to support behaviour, wellbeing and personal development in schools. All resources are designed for use by pastoral teams, teaching assistants, inclusion staff and teachers, with a focus on real-world situations, positive psychology and supportive interventions. The aim is to provide calm, structured tools that help students reflect, regulate and make positive choices — without the need for specialist training or lengthy preparation. Resources are classroom-ready, adaptable and suitable for use across KS2–KS4 in a range of school settings.
