I am a headteacher within a large MAT in the midlands, with over 15 years experience in primary education across SLT roles including deputy and headteacher. I hold NPQH and am a certified coach in Educational Leadership through Matthew Radley & Associates. My professional expertise lies in whole-school curriculum development, with a particular focus on oracy, reading and EYFS. I have supported improvement at school, MAT, SLE and county level, including work with the DfE English Hub to strengthen early reading and the implementation of oracy-rich provision to improve pupil engagement and outcomes. Alongside curriculum leadership, I am passionate about developing people through tailored CPD, coaching and mentoring, including supporting ECTSs and aspiring leaders.
