In this lesson, Grant attends Charles Brook High School for the first time and meets a girl called Michelle who he really likes in a science lesson taught by Mr. Goddard. The class just happens to be learning about the compound microscope. The finding out task is a reciprocal teaching activity and the application task, often used as a homework, is an entry from Robert Hooke’s personal diary back in 1672. I have attached a stretch activity to this bundle that can be used to help pupils achieve the mastery objective.
