I have been working in teaching for 4 years, and have spent a lot of time developing new and interesting strategies to use within my teaching and learning to enhance my understanding of how students learn! I have trained with Kagan structures for collaborative learning and Growth Mindset teams to develop more resilient, assessment capable students who believe they are not there yet...!
