A set of seven practice papers to consolidate and revise English Language Paper 2 reading skills.

This is a unit of work based on The Twits aimed at EAL/lower ability students at KS3. It covers a range of skills including comprehension, creative writing, and general grammar and literacy. Could also be used with KS2.

A set of lessons approaching AQA Language Paper 2. Complete with activities and enough to introduce the topic soundly or makes for excellent revision before exams. Also works well at KS3 to introduce students to the style of questions/texts.

Revision of the sentence types that leads into an AQA Language Paper 1 Q5 style task. Could be used at KS3 or KS4.

A lesson on using homophones.

A set of practice exam questions and lessons to revise the main themes and characters in Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. These lessons cover about 6 hours of teaching time and can be differentiated for students of varying ability.
