Children will be explaining their opinion and why the poet used the language choices in the poem.
Plan, PowerPoint with modelled answers and questions have been included.
The PowerPoint tells interesting facts about the different landmarks of London. The worksheet has pictures of the different landmarks you have discussed. Children will label these landmarks. The last slide of the PowerPoint can be presented to help with spelling. A challenge is included at the bottom of the worksheet where children will write down interesting facts they have learnt.
‘Big Maths, Beat That!’ is an assessment tool that allows teachers to see exactly what their children know and what they don’t know.
It provides children with a fun and motivational way to track their own progress and set their own targets for maths.
Edit in child’s face and name and this can be used as a finger spacer to help them space out their words.
Children have really enjoyed using these as it is personal to them.
