My students really struggle with the finance element of the course. They asked me to create a resource which lists all the formulae they need for the two exam units involving finance. These are for the Cambridge Technical 2016 suite Unit 1 The Business Environment and Unit 3 Business Decisions. The formulae/ guidance included are: Costs and revenues Gross and Net profit Profitability rations (net and gross) Break-even Cash flow data Investment appraisal (payback, NPV and ARR)
