This is a booklet of activities I have created for my Year 7/8 Spanish class. I have used it for cover as it is quite self explanatory and includes lots of activities and the vocab. This resource includes: -> 20 activities -> A variety of activities (word search, crossword, colouring, translation, vocab activities, …) -> The first page has the vocab with all the animals they’ll need to know in Spanish/English. -> I have uploaded the booklet in PDF (to use preferably) but also in Publisher so it can be modified (although some of the fonts I use might disappear). Here are two documents, one with vocab and a worksheet about describing accomodation in Spanish. The first vocab page introduces vocab to say where you stayed (e.g.,me quedé en un hotel de cinco estrellas que estaba en la costa). The second page gives you useful vocab to describe accomodation (e.g.,El hotel era acogedor y grande. Tenía piscina climatizada pero no tenía gimnasio). The worksheet is made of two activities. A writing activity and a translation. Both can be completed by looking and the given vocab. It works really well when introducing the imperfect tense. I have uploaded the sheets in pdf and also word so they can be modified if wanted. Hope it helps!

This is a lesson I have created for module 7, unit 3 (¿Por qué aprender idiomas?). We use Edexcel in my school but I am sure it can be useful for AQA or easily adapted. This lesson includes: An overview of what we will be studying every lesson of M7 A starter task A variety of activities (vocab, translation, reading, listening, etc). Homework. All answers included and embedded in Power Point. The document is a Power Point file and completely editable. IMPORTANT: please be aware that this is a lesson to use alongside the textbook. All activities are my own creation based on the vocab of the higher textbook (pages 158-159). I cannot provide the listening files, those must be purchased from the exam boards.

This is a lesson I have created to start Year 7 Spanish along with Viva 1 (Módulo 1 - Intro). It includes a Power Point (28 slides), several worksheets and homework. In the Power Point you will also find an activity to do on computers but I can't share the worksheet because of the pictures. There is a picture of the activity in case you want to copy it though.

This resource includes two booklets that I have created for my Year 13 Spanish students in order to introduce the third act of play. The booklet about Acto III - Cuadro I includes a summary of the scene and the most important symbols that appear on it, as well as three questions about it. The booklet about Acto III - Cuadro último includes 10 exercises. *Answers not included.

This is a Power Point I have created for my Year8 German (mixed ability group). This is a lesson I have created on the topic of immigration. This is the ultimate Spanish Christmas Quiz. It has 10 rounds with all different tasks for students to complete. *Please be aware that not all tasks are Christmas related, but all are Spanish related. Students can complete this in a similar way to a Escape Room. I give them the first task and until they have completed it correctly they won’t get the next one. I also do not let them use tablets or Internet access except for tasks 18, 19 and 20. For the rest of them they can use a dictionary. Here are a series of documents to develop the topic of Euthanasia in class (Spanish A level students). It comes with very different activities such as reading and translation and it includes all the answers. It also comes with a few activities about the Spanish movie 'The Sea Inside'. Although we don't study this movie in depth (as we do 'Volver' by Almodovar), I make them watch it and complete a few activities about it too. I hope you find it useful!

This is a booklet I have created to go with Expo 1 Module 4 - Unit 1. It contains 7 exercises that connect to the vocab in those pages (62, 63), although you don't really need to be using Expo 1 to use this booklet, as it comes with all the vocab they need and, therefore, they won't need to look at the textbook in order to complete the exercises. It contains a variety of exercises, from building sentences to doing a bit of reading or completing a word search. I hope it helps!
