I have created this escape room for the end of year, to still be able to have students working but to do something a bit more fun with them.
The escape room has 10 puzzles that students have to solve. Give them the first one and check that they have the correct code, then keep giving them in order as they complete each one.
The topics that the 10 puzzles cover are:
Food
Clothes
Means of transport
Body parts
Mix (family, personality, what you do at the weekend using near future tense)
Hair & eyes
Connectives and time expressions
Town and region
The time
Mix (general knowledge of vocab such as pets, animals, subjects, verbs, etc).
It is an ideal activity for years 7 and 8. It could also work with some year 9 groups (mixed ability, bottom sets).
The resource comes with 4 files:
1 Escape Room (PPT) with instructions in English.
1 Escape Room (PPT) with instructions in Spanish (up to you which one you think will work with your groups.
2 pdfs (both PPTs made pdfs)
The resource is completely editable, so if you want to change, add, edit anything to fit your needs, you are able to do so.
This is a worksheet I have created after spending a bit of time on the present (regular and irregular verbs), the past (preterite and imperfect) and the future (includes near future tense). I just wanted my students to do a bit of work on the three tenses together at the same time.
The worksheet includes:
A mat explaining how the present, the past (preterite and imperfect) and the future (future simple and near future tense) work, including the most common irregular verbs in the yo form.
10 activities to practice
answers included.
This is a lesson I have created for my GCSE students to get familiar with the role play task.
To begin with, we look at question words and their translation into English. Then, I explain to them the difference between qué and cuál, which is often confunsing for them. Afterwards, students attempt 5 different role plays on a mix of different topics.
This lesson includes a starter, plenary and homework task.
The file is a PPT so it is completely editable.
All answers and model answers embedded in PPT.

This is a little booklet I have created using different grammar books to give students as much information as I could about how to make a difference between ser and estar. Hope it helps
This is a Power Point created for remote learning through teams. It goes with the textbook Viva 2, Module 3, Unit 3 (En el restaurante).
First, you have a few interactive activities to do with the students through a video call, and then there is plenty of work for them to do individually. They can type everything on the Power Point in the spaces provided, just make sure that you give them permission to edit the work when you upload it.
I hope it helps. As a teacher, I would like to help others relieve the amount of work that switching to online learning requires in such short notice. If you like this resource, please leave a review or you could buy me a coffee here: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/mflresources
