This is a homework booklet that I have created for my year 7 Spanish group based on the textbook Viva 1 (Módulo 2). I always struggle with marking homework, so I thought this could be an easy way for students to do homework and it is very easy for them to mark (while I am doing the register, for example). I also think it is important to differentiate homework as not all students can cope with the same activities. This is why I thought of this system. In my school, we have a points system. If students do nice things, they get points and at the end of the year the students with the most points get different rewards. With this homework booklet, students can earn points by doing more. Each page relates to one unit of the book and it has at least (some have more) three activities: · The activities with a blue star are the easiest and they are worth one achievement point (as we call them). · The activities with a green star are a bit more challenging and are worth two points. · The activities with a yellow star (aim at different abilities) are extra, students complete them only if they want to. They are worth one point. Obviously the more activities they do at home the more points they can get. Attached with this resource you will find the homework booklet (in .ppt and pdf so you can edit things if you want to) and also a ppt with all the answers that you can easily show on the board for students to mark themselves. This is a workbook I have created for Years 7 & 8 in order to revise subjects in French. It agrees with the vocab given in Expo 1 Module 5. In this workbook students will practice the subjects, giving opinions about them and looking at a timetable in French, as well as creating their own one. It includes a different variety of exercises, such as vocab, wordsearches, writing or reading. The booklet is 7 pages long, 2 of them being the answer key.

This is a Power Point created for remote learning through teams. It goes with the textbook Viva 2, Module 3, Unit 3 (En el restaurante). First, you have a few interactive activities to do with the students through a video call, and then there is plenty of work for them to do individually. They can type everything on the Power Point in the spaces provided, just make sure that you give them permission to edit the work when you upload it. I hope it helps. This is a lesson I use with my Year 9 groups. We start GCSE a year earlier just so we have time to cover everything. We use the VIVA textbook foundation, although sometimes I use some things from the higher textbook too. This lesson´s focus is on describing a holiday in the past. There is a vocab presentation and a few interactive activities to do with them, then students can find some activities to do independently. UPDATED - MORE EXCERCISES ADDED AND THE ANSWERS - NO CHANGE IN PRICE :) In this presentation your students will be introduced to 45 Spanish verbs that are linked to a preposition. These prepositions are a, en, con, de y por. There is a slide per each one of these with the verbs that are linked to them and examples. This resource also comes with activities where students can practice what they have learnt and some of the answers are included in the Power Point.
