I am an experienced teacher and middle leader with a strong track record across PE, Games, SEMH, pastoral care and behaviour support. Over my career I have held multiple leadership roles including Head of Year, Head of SEMH, Head of PE and Head of Games, giving me a broad understanding of whole-school systems, curriculum design, safeguarding and student wellbeing. I work closely with SEND learners both professionally and personally — as a teacher, a pastoral lead, and a parent of children with SEND. This gives me a grounded, empathetic approach to differentiation, emotional regulation, routine building and creating safe, predictable learning environments.
