GERMAN CONVERSATION CARDS

GERMAN CONVERSATION CARDS

THE IDEAL SET OF RESOURCES TO GIVE YOUR STUDENTS LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP CONFIDENCE IN SPEAKING - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS WITH A FOCUS ON BEGINNING AND GENERAL CONVERSATION, CULTURAL INFORMATION AND SEPARABLE VERBS IN BOTH THE PRESENT AND PERFECT TENSE - 400 QUESTION & ANSWER CARDS WITH REFERENCE RESOURCE BOOKLETS Perfect for speaking practice, and multi-skill language learning, this combined pack of TALK TIME IN GERMAN, SETS 1,2 3 and 4, provides 400 question and answer prompt cards that give your students structured talk opportunities, and will also get them listening, reading and writing. They’re ideal for independent learning, and perfect for pair and small-group work. Set 1 focuses on beginning conversation, and Set 2 takes this further, with a flavor of cultural information. Sets 3 & 4 focus on 25 high-frequency separable verbs, in both the present and the perfect tense. Students often find these quite tricky, but will certainly be able to get to grips with the structure of questions and sentences with regular practice. The prompt cards also feature language and structures that your students are likely to meet in the beginning and more intermediate stages of their GERMAN learning, including modal verbs, word order, case and prepositions governed by the accusative and dative. The REFERENCE BOOKLETS include all the questions and answers written out in full in GERMAN. Students find these very useful learning support resources and they’re also handy whole-group pronunciation practice and reading-out loud resources. Encourage students to use the NOTES AND NEXT STEPS template to reflect on their learning, and think about what they might reasonably do to progress in their learning. There is also an alphabetical verb reference list in the Sets 3 & 4 workbooks. The QUESTION AND ANSWER WRITING TEMPLATES give students the opportunity to apply their GERMAN very practically, as they create both questions and answers for each other. This is a great team activity too. You can also use the cards for a whole range of games, and I’ve described how to play several you can start with. The resource consists of eight non-editable files in a zipped format The sets are also available individually if you prefer, each priced at $4.00. Please read the Terms of Use carefully: this resource is copyright, and for single-teacher/purchaser use only. VIELEN DANK UND VIEL SPAß BEIM PLAUDERN!

German WORTSCHATZ Spiel /game: guess a word quickly, DAF, Deutsch lernen

German WORTSCHATZ Spiel /game: guess a word quickly, DAF, Deutsch lernen

❤️ liche Grüße, Cindy Kühne ❤️ About me ❤️ Hi there 👋🏼! I´m Cindy from Leipzig, Germany. I have been a German and English teacher for more than 12 years now. And I love coffee breaks ☕️. Coffee is just great. Over the years I have realized how much my students benefit most from lessons where THEY are the leaders, where THEY are encouraged to be proactive and learn from each other. Handing over the reins to my students doesn’t make me weaker as a teacher. It makes them responsible for their own learning and is highly motivating. I don’t want my students to be sailors. I want them to be CAPTAINS! (And I want coffee!) My teaching resources are all designed to enable students to USE the language. This is why you will always find the communicative approach in my resources - even simple crosswords come with ideas for speaking activities. All of my resources have been tested in class and will be updated regularly. Please rate my resources to help me build a reputation among millions of resources. Thanks for working with me ☺️ Cindy ❤️ Please see my other resources, too: [https://www.tes.com/teaching-resources/shop/CindyKuehne]

GCSE German AQA General Conversation Theme 2 - Questions and answers

This resource is an example of the General Conversation (Theme 2) for GCSE German. This book is ideal to show students what is expected of them in the General Conversation. Information and questions are colour-coded for foundation and higher level students. Key questions (those using tenses) are starred so that students know which questions they must learn to maximise their marks. The chilli icon is used to document challenge and super challenge questions, for those students attempting to secure higher level grades such as grade 9. Some questions are multiple-choice, so that questions can be tailored to students’ personalities, circumstances and abilities.
