Contractions lesson. This PowerPoint and worksheet can be used to guide you students through their understanding of contractions. Guided Reading Cards A set of cards that can be used with any narrative texts. I laminate each of the cards and allow children to write their answers on the cards. They select the cards at random and them answer the question (verbally or written) based on the text that has been read.
