Resultant force lesson which can be used in KS3 and GCSE I have differentiated the lesson for low, medium and higher students and SEN students. The lesson contains : 1a. starter -Multiple choice to establish what students know and do not know. 1.b Lesson powerpoint to review force diagrams with exam questions 2. Circus activity - where students calculate resultant force and have to use correct terms to describe motion 3. markscheme of circus for teacher to review learning - mini plenary 4. GCSE 9-1 PHYSICS AND COMBINED SCIENCE. Students are expected to know the typical speed of objects and determine distance and time based on this. Students also need to be able to state factors that affect speed of sound, speed of wind, speed of a person walking, cycling and running. Futhermore, students need to be able to know speed of sound and what Mach speed means and how to convert mach speed into m/s.
