This double lesson introduces learners to critical path analysis, quite a tricky concept to understand at first for a lot of students - but not with this powerpoint. We start with an engaging starter to contextualise the topic, then we break down the elements of the critical path such as node, EST LFT, activities and durations so that we can see how it is built.
