Cybersecurity &The Internet - Full Resources

Cybersecurity &The Internet - Full Resources

EDIT 4th Feb - If you purchased this resource before 4th Feb and the videos don't work on the Powerpoints then please message me and I will send you the amended versions. Includes a workbook of 15 A4 pages and 8 lessons with full links to resources, extension tasks and teacher Powerpoints to lead the lessons. Designed for non-specialists teaching the Edexcel GCSE Computer Science specification, but would be suitable for other exam boards as well. I was fed up trying to find decent resources for this topic and some of the concepts send students to extremely advanced pages about cybersecurity - this has been created to make sure that they understand the main parts in an accessible yet interesting way. Included: 6 Full Teacher Powerpoints with videos and clear explanations of concepts. A well designed and clear workbook which students can work independently from on the computer or printed if they wish, with a range of different types of activities to ensure engagement. Documents and links for students to check their answers and understanding, including higher level case studies for those who wish to extend their learning. A glossary for students to check their understanding of keywords.

37 MS Access Video Guides for BTEC L3 NQF Unit 2 - Databases

37 MS Access Video Guides for BTEC L3 NQF Unit 2 - Databases

This resource contains 37 MS Access video tutorials to quickly walk students through all of the practical skills they require for the 10 hour controlled assessment. This has been tried and tested, particuarly on the run up to exams and has proven to be an excellent resource. The video guides are stored on google drive and students can therefore access remotely. The resource comes with a pdf and word doc checklist that students work their way through. It takes them approximately 6-8 hours from start to finish. In this project, students build an electronic 'time-out' system in order to streamline the behaviour sanction system used in my school.
