GERMAN ANIMALS 20 FLASHCARDS / POSTERS (3)

CREATE AN INSTANT INTRODUCTION TO THE ANIMAL KINGDOM IN YOUR CLASSROOM IN GERMAN - PERFECT FOR READING, SPEAKING AND PRONUNCIATION PROMPTS TOO! This set of 20 A4 portrait posters offers a great introduction to the animal kingdom in GERMAN. They also create a fabulous GERMAN feel and look to your learning environment, as a 'general' display, or for when you are focusing specifically on animals in your GERMAN lessons. They're useful as a visual prompt for gender and indefinite article, and work really well as flashcards too. It doesn't matter if some of the animals don't feature in your immediate or even longer-term learning plan: the posters give learners daily opportunities to engage with the written GERMAN word, to develop their recognition and recall of individual words and cognates, and to begin to link spelling with sound in GERMAN. They're a great prompt for cross-curricular learning too, particularly when learners are exploring the animal kingdom and habitats in science. Featured in this set: - ant - butterfly - camel - caterpillar - chameleon - dolphin - flamingo - goose - jaguar - koala bear - otter - panda bear - shark - sloth - squirrel - turkey - vulture - walrus - worm - zebra If you're focusing on particular animals, I'd be happy to create a resource featuring them for you - just send me a message via TES. This resource consists of a single, non-editable file; I've added a selection of preview images you can scroll through to give you an idea of what the resource looks like as a whole. SETS 1, 2 and 3 are also available as a combined 60-poster pack, at the special price of £5.00 - you can have a look at it here: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/german-animals-60-flashcards-posters-11421433 Please read the Terms of Use carefully - this resource is copyright, and for single-teacher/purchaser use only.
