This is a 20 slide powerpoint presentation that covers teamwork, goals and objectives. It covers Bruce Tuckman's model of Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning. Dr Bruce Tuckman published the Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing model in 1965 then added the fifth stage, Adjourning, in the 1970's. The model outlines how a team develops and changes as it matures and its members gain more knowledge and understanding. This is an excellent resource to use when any teamwork is required so that members have a full awareness of the processes that occur during different phases of a project. This resource is a 20 slide professional presentation that should be viewed before teams take on a project of any sort or size. It is presented in pdf and ppt format. There is also a word printout for the teacher / facilitator with extra notes on the topics. This can be used as a lesson plan. CV Templates

CV Templates

(0)
This resource contains two CV templates that you can fill in with your own information. The CV's are formatted and have space for you to type in your specific information. There are prompts to help you with this. They are standard CV's and it will generally be up to personal preference as to which one you will choose to use. It would be useful to have basic word skills to work with the documents. Delete any information not required by selecting and using the Delete key. Remember a hard page break is Ctrl Enter. Use this instead of just continually using the enter key as this can muck up formatting.

Effective Email Communication - Writing Emails Powerpoint Presentation

(0)
This resource is a Powerpoint Presentation that can be used to train people on how to write emails effectively. I have used this on a leadership course and it was well received. There are some time saving gems in here that can be easily implemented into your work day. There are also tasks that can be completed in pairs or groups. Lots of areas for discussion. Also a good opportunity for businesses to think about and discuss best practice for their own organisation. The average office worker receives around 80 emails each day. With that volume of mail, individual messages can easily get overlooked. Follow these simple rules to get your emails noticed and acted upon: Don't over communicate by email. Make good use of subject lines. Keep messages clear and brief. Be polite. Check your tone. Proofread. ** Leave a review for this resource and receive one free resource of your choice from my shop. This fun visual game can be used as a warm-up to a lesson on Health and Safety, or at the end of a lesson as a quick quiz. How the game works: The PowerPoint computer based game can be played in teams or as a group / class activity. The objective is to reveal what is behind the numbers on the presentation, one square at a time. Each team picks a number and answers a question. (Questions and answers are provided in the worksheet). If they answer the question correctly, then they can click on a number on the PowerPoint presentation to display a portion (square) of the picture in the background. The background picture is slowly revealed. The first team to identify the background picture wins. ** Leave a review for this resource and receive one free resource of your choice from my shop.
