This PowerPoint based rewards board is designed to reward positive behaviour, placing additional focus on collective class responsibility. It is fully animated with moving backgrounds, sound effects and nine editable boxes to showcase your clear expectations.
It follows my own school’s behaviour rewards system (House Point and Commendation) but you can change it to your own tiered system. You can also change any of the behaviours to suit your own expectations.
To use:
Present the PowerPoint on your projector or IWB.
Use the plus and minus buttons on each behaviour expectation to place the corresponding number in the Rewards Panel at the bottom of the screen. E.g. the ‘Kindness’ plus button will add the ‘1’ and the ‘Kindness’ minus button will remove it.
Once boxes 1-4 are filled in, the class are rewarded with a House Point. Once all boxes (1-6) are filled in, the class are rewarded with a Commendation.
The red boxes are for poor behaviour and clicking the plus signs on any of the red boxes will freeze boxes 4 and 6 (thus preventing the class from receiving their reward); this MUST be a temporary measure to encourage positive behaviour from those who have not met expectations yet. Use any of the red minus buttons to remove the ‘Frozen’ icons.
By encouraging collective responsibility from the class, it places the responsibility for good behaviour on all children. Publicly celebrating good behaviour and using individual children’s behaviour to dictate the outcome has frequently encouraged results. For this to to work fully, it is vital that you demonstrate that you are more interested in rewarding the positive!
I have also included a tick chart to monitor students that may require movement breaks to support their behaviour. This chart can be used to evidence the need for 1:1 support in the classroom. To use the social story pick a page and write the child’s name under each person character. You can also provide this to the support staff at lunchtime/ break time to support the child with making the right choices on the playground. Thank you for downloading and if you find the time please leave a review.
A positive behaviour management tool; children can earn marbles in the jar and once they have reached 30 can choose their reward (up to the teacher). Can be used with whole class reward tokens also available in my store.
Reward Loyalty Cards - These are fully adaptable / editable for your own subject area and are designed to be printed double sided on white card or white paper.
Students keep hold of them (in their book bags, top blazer pocket, locker or inside their exercise Books) and are rewards for positive behaviours shown in the classroom. The teacher can either stamp the cards or initial/sign them each time.
They come in two different colours and are fully adaptable in PowerPoint format.

This class reward system is placed somewhere the children can easily see and the teacher can access. Each time a petal is earned, the children are one step closer to their reward. They need to earn 10 petals in total and the rewards are chosen by the teacher and the children together.
The editable middle section of the flower can be chosen by together and then placed in the middle of the flower. Each time the children work as a whole class (e.g listening well, working as a team, being ready, respectful and safe etc) the teacher adds a petal.
The visual is a fantastic aid for all children to work as a team and encourages everyone in the class to work together. I have used this for a few years in an inner-city school and it has fantastic results and makes for a purposeful and productive classroom environment.
6 x different fun, easy to use praise postcards.
Just fold them over to create a double-sided card to send home with student.
